Terms and Conditions (T&C)

1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all orders placed through the online store NEXT-DROPS.COM.

2. Conclusion of Contract

By placing an order, the customer submits a binding offer to enter into a purchase contract.
After the order is received, the customer will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.
The purchase contract is concluded as soon as the order is confirmed by a shipping confirmation or the goods are dispatched.

3. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices are listed in Euros (EUR).
The prices are stated without value-added tax (VAT), as NEXT-DROPS.COM is currently not subject to VAT.
Shipping costs are shown separately during the checkout process.

Price changes and errors are reserved.

4. Delivery

Delivery will be made to the shipping address specified by the customer.
NEXT-DROPS.COM strives for quick processing and prompt dispatch of all orders.
Delivery delays caused by third parties or force majeure cannot be excluded and do not entitle the customer to withdraw from the purchase contract. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes in their destination country.

5. Payment

Payment is made exclusively through the payment methods specified in the online store.
Payment is due immediately upon completion of the order.
Until full payment has been received, the goods remain the property of NEXT-DROPS.COM.

6. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights of Switzerland apply.
If defects occur in the delivered goods, the customer may request replacement or a refund, provided that the defect was not caused by improper use or damage by the buyer.

7. Liability

NEXT-DROPS.COM is only liable for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent conduct.
No liability is accepted for indirect damages, consequential damages, or loss of profit.
Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

8. Data Protection

All personal data will be treated confidentially and used solely for order processing and customer communication.
Data will only be shared with third parties if necessary to fulfill the contract (e.g., shipping providers).

9. Applicable Law and Place of Jurisdiction

This contract is governed exclusively by Swiss law, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from contractual relationships between the customer and NEXT-DROPS.COM is St. Gallen, Switzerland.
